The festival takes place in the ancient Delizia di Belriguardo.
The Garlic of Voghiera, a valuable Mediterranean ingredient, got the P.D.O. from the Ministry of Agricultural Policies. The fair includes exhibitions, markets, tasting of recipes with Garlic of Voghiera, and shows in the Belriguardo Castle, a beautiful Delizia of the Este family, built for the pleasure and amusement of the Dukes.
