Saints Peter and Paul procession
On June 29, Comacchio celebrates the solemnity of Saints Peter and Paul.
The heart of the celebration is the impressive procession that winds through the streets of the historic center and, uniquely, along the city's canals.
The statues of the two saints are in fact carried on traditional boats, festively decorated, in a solemn and spiritually charged procession.
