The Argenta Gap War Cemetery
It is situated about 3 km from the centre, in the area where the decisive phases of the Second World War were concluded. In the cemetery are buried 625 Commonwealth soldiers who fell in the amphibious landings in the area of the Comacchio lagoons, and at the battle of Argenta Gap on April 18th 1945.
