First courses: Penne alla poggese - Tortellini (broth, cream, meat sauce) - Caplaz with squash (meat sauce, sage and butter) - Pappardelle with boar - Tris (caplaz, penne, tortellini with cream)
Second courses: Grilled Salsiccia – Grilled meat – Pork meat - Donkey - Fillet- Salama da sugo with mashed potatoes - Bondiola DOC with mashed potatoes
Side courses: Fried potatoes – Mixed salad - cheese
