We remind you that in the National and Municipal museums minors under 18 years of age enter FOR FREE and/or with a reduced ticket (price varies depending on the mior's status; check each museum). Therefore, it is NOT recommended to buy the MyFe Card for minors.

The Card can be purchased online; the online purchase can be done until 2 pm of the same day you plan on using the card.
Keep in mind it takes more or less 60 minutes for the transition to complete and for the email to arrive.

Regardless of where you buy it, MyFE Card has to be activated on the first access in one of the following ticket offices: Museo del Castello Estense, Museo della Cattedrale, Museo Schifanoia, Spazio Antonioni, Palazzina Marfisa d'Este.

MyFE Card DOES NOT give priority access in case of queue.
To avoid waiting in line, you can make a reservation for a time slot to access the civic museums: RESERVE HERE

National museums - Pinacoteca Nazionale, Museo Archeologico Nazionale - are always free on the first Sunday of every month.
