1 - WHERE CAN I PURCHASE THE CARD?
You can get it at the ticket office of the following museums:
● Castello Estense;
● Cathedral Museum;
● Palazzo Schifanoia;
● Spazio Antonioni
● Palazzina Marfisa d'Este
Or online at www.myfecard.it
REMEMBER: you can purchase the Card online on the day of your visit, before 2 p.m.
Please note that you must allow for the processing time (approximately 60 minutes) before the MyFE card is issued and you receive it by email.
2 - IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE DATES AFTER PURCHASING THE CARD?
NO
3 - IS THE CARD REFUNDABLE?
NO, the Card is not refundable. Therefore, especially when purchasing online, be careful when filling in your personal information.
4 - HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
There are 3 options for the card, each with different numbers of days and at different costs:
- 2-day card: €20;
- 3-day card: €22;
- 6-day card: €25

WHAT ADVANTAGES DOES IT OFFER?
Your Card entitles you to numerous advantages:
● Free entrance to the following museums: Castello Estense; Museo Schifanoia and Lapidario Civico; Museo Archeologico Nazionale; Pinacoteca Nazionale; Palazzina Marfisa d’Este; Museo della Cattedrale; Museo di Casa Romei; Pavilion of Contemporary Art (open for temporary exhibitions).
● Hotel tax exemption for stays booked with the card (2-day card: 1 night; 3-day card: 2 nights; 6-day card: up to 5 nights).
● Editor’s note: Payment of the hotel tax is anticipated up to the fifth night; from the sixth night on, the hotel tax is covered.
● Discounts for the temporary exhibits at Palazzo dei Diamanti;
● Discounts for concerts at the Ferrara Jazz Club;
● Discounts for Ferrara Musica concerts;
● Reduced prices at hotels and accommodations, restaurants and shops that are part of the MyFE network;
● 10% discount on the Bus & Fly Ferrara shuttle service – to Bologna’s G. Marconi Airport; Editor’s note: NO TAXI.
● Special offers for events and performances in the city (check the website);
6 – HOW DO I ACTIVATE IT?
MyFE has to be activated on its first access, in one of the following ticket offices: Museo del Castello Estense, Museo della Cattedrale, Museo Schifanoia, Palazzina Mrafisa d'Este, Spazio Antonioni.
Once activated, you will be provided with a combined ticket and a list of all the museums of the Card network to be presented at every entrance.
7 – HOW DO I USE IT?
The MyFe Card is personal and non-transferable: when you buy it, you fill in your first and last name and the start date;
MyFe allows you free entry for one visit to all the museums in the network;
You must show the card to receive these advantages.
8 – IS THE CARD CONVENIENT FOR PEOPLE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE?
Minors under 18 already have discounts on the museum tickets (free or reduced tickets depending on the status of the minor) and are exempted from the hotel tax; therefore, when purchasing, it is advisable to do an assessment of your own needs by consulting the website at www.myfecard.it. At the moment, purchasing MyFe Card is not convenient for people under 18.
9 – IF THE CARD IS PURCHASED ONLINE, DOES IT HAVE TO BE PAID FOR AT THAT TIME?
Yes, the pdf files of the card and the receipt for payment are sent by e-mail to the user when payment has been made. You will have to show the e-mail at the ticket office for the activation of the Card.
10 – IS THE CARD PURCHASED ONLINE THE SAME AS THE CARD PURCHASED AT TICKET OFFICES?
Yes, the card purchased online is identical to the card purchased from ticket offices; the user’s full name and the start date for the card’s validity are on the card based on the information provided by the purchaser.
11 – CAN I SKIP THE LINE WITH THE MyFE CARD?
With the MyFe Card it is not possible to skip the line. To avoid the line, you can make a reservation for a time slot for free on this website.
12 – DOES THE MyFE CARD ENTITLE ME TO DISCOUNTS FOR TEMPORARY EXHIBITIONS IN PALAZZO DEI DIAMANTI AND OTHER MUSEUMS AND MONUMENTS?
MyFe Card holders get a reduced price for entry to the temporary exhibitions at Palazzo dei Diamanti and the other museums and monuments. We recommend checking the website of the exhibition you are interested in seeing.
13 – WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY MyFE CARD?
If you lose the Card and the combined ticket you have to go to one of the 5 ticket offices that can print it (see point 1) and ask for a copy. The staff may ask some questions before printing the combined ticket.
KEEP IN MIND that you will receive only a copy of the combined ticket, and not an actual Card. The combined ticket will have the exact same data as the lost MyFe Card, so with the copy you will be able to visit all the museums of the network and keep on using the benefits of the affiliated businesses.
WE RECOMMEND TAKING A PICTURE OF THE MYFE CARD WITH YOUR PHONE OR DEVICE, in order to always have a copy of the MyFe.
If you lose the combined ticket of a Card that was bought online previously, you have to go to one of the 5 ticket offices that can print it and show the staff the pdf file of MyFe.
14 - HOW DO I USE THE DISCOUNT ON THE BUS&FLY SHUTTLE SERVICE?
Once you’re on the Bus&Fly shuttle, all you have to do is show your card (or the pdf if it was purchased online).
15 - HOW DOES MYFE WORK FOR GROUPS? CAN IT BE PURCHSED ONLINE?
Yes, it can be purchased online (always 24 hours before its first day) and it works just like every other ticket. You will be asked to write every name, the dates, the type (2, 3 or 6 days). As of now, the group leader/guide/agency CAN NOT use one single name for the whole group, as the Card is personal.
The same rule works when purchasing at the ticket office. The group leader/guide will have to provide a list with the names of each member.
