Pampepato
Ingredients:
200 gr. flour, 100 gr almonds, 100 gr sugar or honey, 100 gr. cocoa powder, 100 gr candied fruit, 2 gr. cinnamon, 2 gr. thinly chopped cloves, 80 gr. melted dark chocolate (to pour on top).
Preparation:
Knead the ingredients in warm water or milk until they form a thick dough. Make the pampepato, giving it its round shape. Bake in the oven carefully: if it burns it tastes bitter.
Time of preparation:
2 hours. Difficulty level: medium-high.
