Aglio di Voghiera

Ingredients (for 4 people)
Slices of fresh bread, 2–3 cloves of garlic of Voghiera D.O.P., grated cheese, 1 teaspoon thime, olive oil, basil and cherry tomatoes (optional)

Preparation
Preheat the oven on grill. Toast the bread and rub the slices with garlic. Decorate with cheese, a few drops of olive oil and some thime. Bake for 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts. You can substitute the cheese with cherry tomatoes and basil.
Serve hot.
