Chicken breasts with pears
Ingredients (for 4 people)
4 chicken breasts (600 g), 30 g butter, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 cucchiaio tablespoon chopped onion, half a stick of cinnamon, ½ glass dry white wine, 2 pears, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
Flatten the chicken breasts and cover them with flour. In a pan, sear the onion with butter, oil and cinnamon: add the breasts and cook both sides. Add salt, pepper and simmer with white wine. Peel and cut the pears and add them to the pan, add the lemon juice and cook on medium heat for a few minutes, mixing carefully.
Serve the chicken hot, decorating with the pears and some parsley.
