The ‘piano-vocal’ programme is a musical narrative of Gualazzi’s greatest successes and sources of inspiration. The artist restores the compositions to their most authentic form, drawing on a repertoire that ranges from pieces written for film soundtracks to divertissements based on opera arias, from tributes to the African-American tradition to rhapsodic explorations of memorable themes from Italian and international music.
