Bande in concerto: Filarmonica di Tresigallo (FE) in “Let's SING”

Bande in Concerto welcomes the Filarmonica di Tresigallo (Ferrara) with "Let's SING", an engaging concert that invites audiences to be swept away by beloved melodies, taking them on a musical journey through timeless hits and concert band arrangements.

Founded in 1853, during the Italian Risorgimento and before the unification of Italy, the Filarmonica di Tresigallo is one of the oldest wind bands not only in the Province of Ferrara but also in the Emilia-Romagna region. Its history spans more than 170 years, reflecting many chapters of Italy's past. Throughout its long tradition, the band has experienced periods of remarkable activity as well as times of interruption, before flourishing again in the post-war years and becoming a leading presence in concerts and cultural events. Among its most memorable performances was a concert in Brussels as a guest of the European Union, at the invitation of writer Diego Marani, who was then serving as an EU official.
