Thursday Market – Piazza dell’Acquedotto

Every Thursday, around the impressive Acquedotto Monumentale di Ferrara, approximately twenty stalls offer a wide range of food and agricultural products from local farmers and food retailers.

The neighbourhood market in Piazza dell’Acquedotto is open from 7:30 am to 1:30 pm. It features a section dedicated to the farmers’ market, alongside traditional market vendors and several producers formerly associated with Ferrara’s organic market.

Visitors can purchase seasonal fruit and vegetables, cheeses and cured meats, rice and eggs, flours and cereals, bread and biscuits in the farmers’ section, as well as clothing, underwear, household goods, pet supplies, footwear, flowers, and plants.
