2012 Night of the Museums

“The Night of the Museums” provides late evening tours and night tours at museums across Europe: a good chance for all the ones who are busy at work during the day!

National Archaeological Museum:
Open 8pm-2am with free entrance (last entrance at 1,00am)
Divini sorsi d'arte in collaboration with MiniaturArte and Gruppo Archeologico Ferrarese. 
Conference by Filippo Maria Gambari on wine, beer and inebriation in Etruscan culture (6 pm).
Free wine tasting in the loggia.
At the museum, some ceramic works and miniature paintings will be on display. The artists  Maurizia Gentili, Antonio, Wes, Rachelle Siegrist, Mariateresa Accomando and Lorena Straffi will give a demonstration of their work.
The painting contest  “Spirito Etrusco” will be organized aside the event.
During the night, some piano and guitar concerts will take place, and from 9pm, the archaeologists Caterina Cornelio, Chiara Guarnieri, Valentino Nizzo e Mario Cesarano will lead free guided tours.
