Gnocco fritto – Fried Polenta – Home-made appetizer with salami
First courses:
Gran Galà della Sagra (tortellini, cappellacci, tortelloni) - Tris della Sagra (Tortellini with truffle, cappellacci with pumpkin and meat sauce, tortelloni with ricotta cheese) - You & Me della sagra (Tortellini with truffle and tortelloni with ricotta cheese) – Typical Ferrarese Dish (Cappellacci with pumpkin and pork meat sauce - Salama with mashed potatoes) – Tortellini with broth - Passatelli with truffle - Tortellini (truffle, speck and fontina cheese, Valdostana, cream, meat sauce) Cappellacci with pumpkin (meat sauce, butter and sage) - Tortelloni with ricotta cheese
Second courses:
Salamina with mashed potatoes - Principessa with truffle - Cotoletta with truffle – Eggs with truffle - Tagliata with parmigiano cheese and balsamic vinegar - Grilled meat.
